Terms and Conditions

For regular students

  • All course fees have to be paid in advance;
  • In case of cancellation after the payment of the course a fee of 200 euro for administration costs is charged;
  • Refund of the course fee (minus 200 euro for administration costs) is only possible until two weeks before the start of the course;
  • Students will receive a certificate after completing the course.

For students who need a letter of invitation from us

  • All course fees have to be paid in advance;
  • When a letter of invitation for a visa is required the letter will only be granted after all course fees have been paid;
  • If you need a letter of invitation you have to register and complete the payment of the course 10 weeks before the start of the course at the latest;
  • In case a visa is not granted we will return the course fees minus 200 euro for administration costs;
  • Students will receive a certificate after completing the course.
